Order changes
If you need to change an item, shipping address, or other order detail, contact support@tokucollectibles.net as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started or the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Order cancellations
You may request cancellation before an order has shipped. A cancellation request is not complete until Tōku Collectibles confirms it. If fulfillment has already progressed too far to stop the shipment, the request may not be approved.
Trading Card Game products remain subject to the final-sale terms in our Refund Policy after shipment.
Cancellations by Tōku Collectibles
In limited circumstances, we may need to cancel an order because of an inventory error, payment issue, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, or another operational issue. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping delays before fulfillment
If we are unable to ship within a timeframe we have promised, we will communicate with the customer and provide the options required by applicable law.
