Authenticity
Tōku Collectibles sells products that we represent as authentic. We source inventory through distributors, wholesalers, and other established supply channels used by our business. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products.
Sealed products and packaging condition
Factory-sealed TCG products can have minor cosmetic imperfections from manufacturing, packing, shipping, or distribution, including small dents, scuffs, surface marks, loose wrapping, or other packaging variation.
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, we do not guarantee collectible-grade, flawless, or “mint” outer packaging. Material damage or a product that is materially different from its listing should be reported to customer support.
Randomized contents
Trading card products may contain randomized contents. Tōku Collectibles does not guarantee specific cards, rarity levels, pull rates, “hits,” grading outcomes, or resale value unless a particular item or guaranteed content is expressly stated in the product listing or by the manufacturer.
Language, edition, and case quantities
The language, edition, and quantity included are determined by the product listing. An item is sold as a sealed case only when the listing specifically states that it is a sealed case.
