SECTION 5 – AUTHENTICITY AND PRODUCT CONDITION

Products sold as authentic are represented by Tōku Collectibles as authentic based on our sourcing and business records.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit merchandise.

Factory-sealed products may have minor packaging imperfections caused by manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or transportation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee flawless or collectible-grade outer packaging.

If we discover a material pricing or listing error after an order is placed, we may contact the customer to correct the issue or cancel the affected order and issue the appropriate refund.
