All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information once the package ships.

Sometimes your orders can get lost/damaged in their journey to you. If this occurs, an evalution has to be made first, you might qualify for a replacement or refund. Just contact our support. Trading Card Games are excluded from this.

All of our products are made to provide 100% satisfaction to each one of our clients. If you're not happy with what we delivered, you may return it for a full refund or replacement. Except for Trading Card Games.
Important Remarks
Refunds are not given on free items.
Replacements are also sent up to 7 days after receiving your free item if damaged.

Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.
